Basic
Learn the 15 basic moving skills
Packing
Learn and execute the 13 packing skills and pass the field test to get a pay raise and move onto the next level
The 15 basic moving skills & 12 packing skills are required to learn and pass field test for employment with AM&S
Salary Range
Crew Leader
Once you learn all 21 crew leader skills you will be field tested. Pass the field test to get a pay raise and move onto the next level
Salary Range
Class B Driver
Once you learn all l8 regional driver skills you must pass your field test & Ohio Class B CDL test
Salary Range
Class A Driver
Once you learn all 8 Long-distance driver skills you must pass your field test and Ohio Class A CDL test
